Pineapple Raspberry Pork
Pineapple Raspberry Pork Chops
A LOT of great things are coming out of Wilson, NC these days, and this is one of them! Give your pork chops the right amount of heat and sweet to warm you up during the winter and get you grilling during the summer! Let's get started!
- 1 Small Can Crushed Pineapple
- 1/2 Pint Raspberries
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce Low Sodium
- 1/4 Cup álarita Pineapple Pepper Jelly
- 4 Pork Chops
- Salt `
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
Heat oven to 350°
Combine Pineapple, Raspberries, Soy Sauce & álarita Pineapple Pepper Jelly in a sauce pan and simmer for 15 minutes, or until it's a bit thicker. Remove from heat.
While marinade is cooking, season pork chops with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder & Onion Powder to taste. Place them in the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
Cover the Pork Chops with Marinade and back for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool and serve with rice and your favorite vegetable! (We like mixed veggies)!
