Habanero Mango and Sriracha Chicken
3 large boneless chicken breasts
(cut into bite size pieces)
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
3 tablespoons alarita Habanero Mango Sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons water
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bread chicken with egg, flour and bread crumbs.
Put on an olive oil on baking dish add chicken.
Bake breaded chicken for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
Take out of the oven and toss in sauce:
Add oil and garlic to a large sauce pan cook for 1 minute.
Whisk in Habanero Mango Sauce, Sriracha Sauce, water and crushed red pepper.
Cook sauce on high heat until it thickens stirring constantly ( about 2 minutes).
Set aside on low heat until chicken is done then toss together and serve immediately.
I serve it on a bed of rice but you can also serve it on mashed potatoes!
