Fillo Wrapped Baked Bri
8 sheets of Fillo Dough ( I use Athens)
4 1/4 Brie Wheel
1/3 cup of alarita pepper jelly (I used raspberry), peach or pineapple.
Egg wash, 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of water
Thaw fillo dough and remove 8 sheets take 4 and turn so there are 8 corners. Place on sprayed baking sheet. Place brie wheel in the middle of fillo dough. Top with your choice of pepper jelly. Fold all corners in to cover brie and pepper jelly. Lightly egg wash top of fillo dough.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until fillo dough is golden brown. Let stand for 15-20 minutes before cutting. Great for parties!
